We offer 90 minutes with a group of 4-6 puppies for a fee of $450. This fee needs to be paid upfront and is tax deductible as all the rescue staff are volunteer-based.
- You will be required to sign an agreement with HHR and a liability waiver before the event.
- Age, number, and breed depend on which puppies are in rescue at that time. We appreciate your flexibility with any last-minute changes regarding the puppy selection.
- Smaller children will require adult supervision while interacting with the puppies.
- If other dogs will be present at the party, we require them to be fully vaccinated or not interact with the HHR puppies.
- Generally, we do not hold these parties more than 30 miles away from the Twin Cities metro area. If the party is to be held outdoors, we do have temperature thresholds.
- We cannot hold a party if it is hotter than 85 degrees. If the puppies cannot attend due to inclement weather, we will issue a full refund or reschedule the party for a time that is convenient for you.
- Parties will not be held in outdoor or indoor public spaces where other dogs are allowed to be present unless it is a private event and the area has been properly cleaned and sanitized before the puppies arrive.
- HHR will provide all the supplies but would need access to water if possible.
- If at any time, we feel that a puppy is uncomfortable or unsafe during a party, we will remove the animal. Also, we reserve the right to end a party early if attendees’ behavior endangers the well-being, and safety of our dogs or volunteers, and no refund will be issued. Should the party attendees want to bring treats, supplies, or donations for HHR instead of gifts for the party host, our foster puppies would be ever so grateful.
