Why We Started a Rescue

Well to start with, WE LOVE DOGS!

But, far more than that. Having worked in rescue for many years, we know the need is great. So many dogs are in need of a better life. There are so many to save. Why start our own rescue? We believe strongly in the love a dog can give. We believe these precious souls deserve all the good there is. We also believe that in rescuing a dog, recovery needs to be a holistic approach. Our passion is to care for dogs in mind, body and spirit. We believe in high quality nutrition, limiting chemicals of any kind as much as possible, emotional and behavioral therapies. We believe in healing holistically. We also believe that the dogs aren’t the only hearts we’re saving. It’s our vision to match our dogs with the right families, so that when a dog is rescued, the human will be rescued right back.
